Attracting and getting high-paying clients on social media can seem like a daunting task, especially if you have a small following. It can take time to grow your audience but you might not have that much time to wait because you also need to make an income.
This is why most often, coaches fall desperate to try the old, sleazy, manipulative tactics to get clients. And disappointingly can’t close the sale.
That’s why I’m here!
I’d love to share with you the strategies I did to get $5,000, $10,000, and even $30,000 clients—all on social media (without spending a dime on advertising, dancing reels, and being on Instagram and Facebook all day).
If I did it, you can do it too.
You can attract and get-high paying clients on social media without paying a dime on ads
Try these strategies for yourself and come back here. Let me know how it goes for you. I’d love to hear how you did.
1. Establish Your Expertise
To get high-paying clients, show them you’re the right person to work with.
Share valuable content related to your industry on social media to help you establish your authority and credibility online.
You can do blog posts, emails, videos, carousels, and other informative content on your preferred social media channel.
And as with any content you share around, consistency is key.
By demonstrating your knowledge and expertise, you’re slowly building the know, like, and trust factor your brand needs to help increase your visibility and therefore, attract your dream clients—the top-paying ones.
2. Network With Other Businesses
To get high-paying clients, you need to be seen with competition
While people typically get scared of competition, at times, it can be helpful to collaborate with other businesses.
Connect with other business owners in your industry.
Participate in relevant groups and engage with other users by commenting on their posts and sharing their content.
Building relationships with other professionals can help you tap into their networks and reach a wider audience.
3. Collaborate
To get high-paying clients, you need to be seen working with other experts
Partnering with other businesses or influencers in your industry can be a great way to reach a wider audience and attract new clients.
Consider collaborating on a project or hosting a joint webinar or event.
By working with other businesses and helping their audience, you can showcase your skills and expand your network.
4. Serve Your Audience
To get high-paying clients, you need to be willing to give and serve
Consider offering incentives to your social media followers, such as free guides or training. You can also offer masterclasses or discovery calls to encourage people to work with you.
Give people a chance to work with you so they can personally experience how what goes into your programs.
This can be a great way to attract new clients and build loyalty among your existing followers.
5. Engage With Your Audience (still mighty!)
To get high-paying clients, you need to communicate with your audience
People know they need to do it but they still don’t.
One of the key benefits of social media is the ability to engage with your audience in real-time. Make sure to respond to comments and messages promptly, and engage with other users by liking and commenting on their posts.
This can help you build a strong community and establish yourself as an approachable, knowledgeable professional. And that you’re a real human being. 😉
6. Attend Industry Events
To get high-paying clients, you need to be around other business owners—to learn and to make new friends.
Attending industry events and conferences can be a great way to connect with potential clients in person. There’s no better way to connect with someone than meeting them face-to-face.
Use social media to promote your attendance at these events and engage with other attendees.
You can take it up a notch by tagging some influential people you know. Often, people re-share posts that they’re tagged and this can you reach a wider audience and potential clients who are far more ready to engage with you (and pay you!)
7. Create a Strong Online Presence to Get High-Paying Clients
A strong online presence increases your visibility and authority
Social Media is not the only way to build a strong online presence and get high-paying clients. Make sure that you also have a professional website that showcases your services and client successes.
While these days, it may no longer be a necessary requirement to “start” a business, it’s still something you’d want to have in the long run. Having a website makes you look more professional, legit, and more importantly—legal.
Other ways to increase your online presence are Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and of course making sure that your site is SEO-friendly.
These are the things I did to build myself online as a business coach and marketing strategist.
So which ones have you tried already? And which one do you plan on doing more of this year?
P. S. I’ve also developed a strategy to get them to connect with me. Because connections are the very thing you need to convert a follower, a reader, or a lurker into a paying customer.
