Terms & Conditions of Purchase

This Terms & Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter, "Agreement") is made by and between Mye De Leon, MDL Group, LLC hereinafter referred to as (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the Student, hereinafter referred to as “You” or “you”, and together, the Parties.

You are purchasing Product or Program access for one (1) person from Mye De Leon, MDL Group, LLC.

You must be at least 13 years of age or older to purchase access to any of our products and programs. Children under the age of majority should review this Agreement with their parent or legal guardian.

The Program includes live course access, course content and materials, other information and materials furnished by the Company (collectively, “Content”) and access to a website for members of the Program (the “Site”). By purchasing access to the Product or Program, you and the Company hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”) following legal terms and conditions that govern your use of the Product or Program and that form a legal agreement between you and the Company. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, these Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall control.


PAYMENT POLICY

You are responsible to pay for the Product or Program in full (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit card or other payment method. If you select the payment plan, your card or Paypal will be charged for the first payment (in USD) when you register and subsequent payments will be charged on the same day of the month for the remaining months of the payment plan. If you have selected a payment plan and you miss a payment, your account status will be changed to “delinquent.” You will immediately lose access to the Product or Program and your access to the Site and all Content will be revoked seven (7) days after your payment declines. You will also not receive access to future versions of the Program as it’s released until all payments are made in full.

If your account remains in delinquent status for longer than sixty (30) days, the Company reserves the right to report any delinquent balance owed to a credit reporting bureau and/or collections agency subject to the Company’s sole discretion until the account is caught up and in good standing.

Our Products and Programs are not a subscription payment model that can be cancelled or a “pay in part” program where you can pay only for access to certain Modules and not others. This is a full immersion program, and your payment plan is a convenience that we offer so that you can make the price sustainable.

The Product or Program includes access for one (1) person. Upon registration, you will receive your Kajabi login details via email for use in the private member section of the Site .

If you want to take the Product or Program along with a business partner or collaborator, you will need to purchase the course individually.


REFUND POLICY

We value all our Programs and our customers and we want them to have the best experience all throughout. We have different policies for online courses and coaching programs. Please read through the policy so you'll understand what you're enrolling in before making any payments.

ONLINE COURSES
All our online courses include a guarantee and refund policy. In order to receive consideration for a full refund of the monies spent for the Program, we are giving you access to the Program for 30 days upon your purchase. If you do the program work after that period and you still think you didn’t get value from the Program or we didn’t deliver on our promise, email your complete work to admin@myedeleon.com before your 30-day deadline, we will promptly issue a refund. We will also ask for your completed program work to ensure that you gave the Program a go. We will also ask why the Program didn’t work for you so we can learn and continuously improve on our delivery.

GROUP COACHING AND VIP COACHING PROGRAMS
Due to the nature of the program and the limited availability, once you place a payment to lock your membership in any coaching programs, your payment becomes non-refundable. 

We put our hearts into our program and we spend a great amount of time to ensure that we are giving you the best value you deserve. We expect that you do the same.

Please do not enroll in any of our Products or Programs if your intention is only to “check it out.”


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Company provides you with the Product or Program solely for personal, non-commercial use. You agree that you will not use such proprietary Content in any way except for use in compliance with this Agreement.

You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from any of our Products or Programs. You may download and/or print one copy of individual pages of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices.


PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

All our Products or Programs are subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 and does not wish to do so.

Anyone under the age of 13 must have a parent or guardian be willing to agree to these terms on their behalf. If you are a child under these definitions, you may not use or provide any information on this Website; use any of its features or register; make any purchases; use any of the interactive or public comment features; or provide any information about yourself to us.


THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS

The Company may provide third-party materials and establish a Facebook Group to help you and other students. These materials are not part of the Program and may be removed or terminated any time without any liability on the Company.

Some links provided are from websites owned and operated by third parties (“Linked Websites”) who are not related bodies corporate of the Company. The Linked Websites are not under the control of any of our Products or Programs and the Company is not responsible for the content of any Linked Websites or any hyperlink contained in a Linked Website and makes no representation or warranty with respect to the content of any such third party sites.

The Company provides links to you as a convenience only and the inclusion of any link does not imply any endorsement of the Linked Website. Your link to any such Linked Website is entirely at your own risk. The Company is not a party to any transaction between you and a Linked Website. Your use of a Linked Website is subject to the terms and conditions of that site in addition to these Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.


DISCLAIMER

All of our Products and Programs are provided for educational and informational purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that any information posted in the Program, in the Content, or on the Site is not intended to be legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice, and no fiduciary relationship has been created between you and us. You further agree that your participation in the Program is at own risk. We do not assume responsibility or liability for course outcomes based on instruction, advice, or other information given in the Program, in the Content, or on the Site.

We are not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your participation in the Program or your use of the Site, to the fullest extent permitted by law, as noted above. This section applies to any and all claims by you, including, but not limited to, lost profits or revenues, consequential or punitive damages, negligence, strict liability, fraud, or torts of any kind.

YOU FULLY AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THAT MYE DE LEON, MYEDELEON.COM, MDL GROUP, LLC, OUR PARTNERS AND AFFILIATES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR RESULTS AND MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND THAT OUR PRODUCTS, PROGRAMS, AND SERVICES WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT FOR YOU AND THUS, WILL NOT ATTEMPT TO HOLD US LIABLE FOR ANY SUCH DECISIONS, ACTIONS OR RESULTS, AT ANY TIME, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
