This Terms & Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter, "Agreement") is made by and between Mye De Leon, hereinafter referred to as (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the Student, hereinafter referred to as “You” or “you”, and together, the Parties.
You are purchasing access for one (1) person to Mastering Hand-Lettering Program (referred to below as the “Product,” the “Mastering Hand-Lettering,” “MHL” or the “Program”) from Mye De Leon, Studio Mye.
You must be at least 13 years of age or older to purchase access to Mastering Hand-Lettering. Children under the age of majority should review this Agreement with their parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible to pay for the Mastering Hand-Lettering Product in full (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit card or other payment method. If you select the payment plan, your card or Paypal will be charged the first payment of $197 USD when you register and subsequent payments of $197 USD will be charged on the same day of the month for 5 months, totaling $1,182 USD. If you have selected a payment plan and you miss a payment, your account status will be changed to “delinquent.” You will immediately lose access to future Modules and Bonuses and your access to the Site and all Content will be revoked seven (7) days after your payment declines. You will also not receive access to future versions of the Program as it’s released until all payments are made in full.
If your account remains in delinquent status for longer than sixty (30) days, the Company reserves the right to report any delinquent balance owed to a credit reporting bureau and/or collections agency subject to the Company’s sole discretion until the account is caught up and in good standing.
Mastering Hand-Lettering is not a subscription payment model that can be cancelled or a “pay in part” program where you can pay only for access to certain Modules and not others. This is a full immersion program, and your payment plan is a convenience that we offer so that you can make the price sustainable.
The Program includes access for one (1) person. Upon registration, you will receive your Kajabi login details via email for use in the private member section of the Site .
If you want to take the Program along with a business partner or collaborator, you will need to purchase the course individually.
We value the Program and our customers. In order to receive consideration for a full refund of the monies spent for the Program, we are giving you access to the Program for 30 days upon your purchase. If you do the program work after that period and you still think you didn’t get value from the Program or we didn’t deliver on our promise, email your complete work to firstname.lastname@example.org before your 30-day deadline, we will promptly issue a refund.
Completed Program Work. We will also ask for your completed program work to ensure that you gave the Program a go. We will also ask why the Program didn’t work for you so we can learn and continuously improve on our delivery.
We put our hearts into our program and we spend a great amount of time to ensure that we are giving you the best value you deserve. We expect that you do the same.
Please do not enroll in Mastering Hand-Lettering if your intention is only to “check it out.”
