I just love the month of February! Especially celebrating Valentines Day with family and friends. This month I wanted to create some Valentine cards to display in my home and give away. Today I am going to show you how to create some Petal Envelope Valentine cards.
Supplies:
Petal template from Birdscards.com
Front and back printed card stock paper
Scoring tool or butter knife
Hole punch
Ribbon
Petal template
First you want to choose your paper and photo to print. I used some lovely papers and elements from Butterfly kisses. I centered my 3″ 3/4 by 3″ 3/4 inch photo on the center of my page. Next I printed my page double sided. The photo is on one side and the pattern print on the other. Now I am ready to trace the template and score the edges. Fold over the edges to reveal the photo inside. I punched a hole on each side of my petals to slip the ribbon through to close the envelope.
Completed Petal Envelope Card
Now you are ready to make some cards!
